Core to Inhabit Real Estate’s mission is to support the Triangle community through individual and firm volunteerism with local nonprofits and charitable organizations by means of board and committee work, service commitments, and financial support.
We are proud of our team for their intentional giving and sharing with the disadvantaged, marginalized, and underserved. One of our team’s most impactful forms of volunteerism is through our annual Karma Keg event, which raises money and creates visibility for hand-selected, top-quality nonprofits in the region!
What is Karma Keg?
The goal of this annual event is to highlight Triangle nonprofits and charitable organizations, encourage individual engagement, and award nonprofits with a cash prize through a voting-raffle system. Participating organizations are invited to be present at the event and can set up a table that they can use to highlight their mission, distribute materials, and recruit volunteers.
Guests receive one voter card with every drink purchase. Voter cards can be used to enter the door prize raffle AND to vote for any one of the organizations present. Voter cards are be tallied at the end of the evening, and the three organizations with the most raffle votes each receives a cash prize!
