The Triangle area is home to me. Always has been and always will be. I’ve lived in Durham, Wake, and Orange Counties, north of town, south of town, and “in town.” I live next door, literally and also on purpose, to my sister, so I can absolutely understand and appreciate that sometimes, while buyers simply don’t have a “good” reason for wanting a particular house so much, it’s just something that is meant to be. I could keep going and tell you more about me, but honestly, I’m not and should not be the focus of our relationship…it’s YOU.
